In 2002 , I conveyed my complaint to Sheikha Fatima , spouse of HH Sheikh Zayed the President of UAE at that time and after consideration she sent a letter with all the supporting doc uments on 31.12.2002 to Sheikh Mansour , Manager of the President Office . In this letter :
a. I proved some serious incidents of the power centres such as taking my moneys by force and hiding the complaints I submitted and canceling a judgment which was in my favour in 1996 at AED. 3,5 million
b. I proved that my dues according to the expertise report issued by the ministry of justice in 2000 were AED 38 million and the court of cassation approved the report but it passed its judgment to re file a new suit to obligate the opponents to pay my approved dues .
c. I proved that my only son , 12 years old , deceased and I have not able to bury him or visit his grave up till now .
d. I proved that I sustained angina and I am badly in need of open heart surgery outside UAE and I enclosed the medical report showing the same .
Due to the foregoing , Sheikh Zayed issued in 2004 his instructions to form a special court consisting of five judges to decide the cases and to refund my moneys through three months . After Late Sheikh Zayed had deceased , the minister of justice in person suspended the tasks of the special court several times in collusion with my opponents . Despite the formation of the special court to decide the dispute and refunding my moneys within three months from 21.11.2004 which is the date of the minister of justice to form the special court but up till now and we are in 2008 , the special court is unable to pass the judgment due to the pressures of the power centres at the official authorities in the country

1- الأمر السامى لصاحب السمو رئيس الدولة الشيخ زايد رحمه الله ويتبين من قرار وزير العدل بتنفيذه والامر بتشكيل هيئة قضائية خاصة من خمسة قضاة رؤساء محاكم استئناف للفصل بالنزاع فصلا نهائيا وذلك بعد ما تبين من التجاوزات الجسيمة وتدخلات مراكز القوى واهدار القوانين لعدم الفصل بالنزاع نهائيا..

2- كتاب صاحبة السمو الشيخة فاطمة بنت مبارك أم الامارات حرم صاحب السمو الشيخ زايد رحمه الله رئيس الدولة حينها وهو موجه لحضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ منصور بن زايد رئيس مكتب حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ زايد رئيس الدولة حينها ووزير شؤون الرياسة حاليا ويتبين منه:

أولاـ اثبت بعض الوقائع الخطيرة لمراكز القوى بالدولة مثل الاستيلاء علي أموالي بالقوة وإخفاء البلاغات التى تقدمت بها ، وإلغاء حكم لصالحى عام 1996 بمبلغ 3,5 مليون درهم إماراتى.
ثانياـ أثبت أن حقوقي هى مبلغ 38 مليون درهم طبقا لتقرير خبرة وزارة العدل وانه تم تصديقه من محكمة النقض عام 2000!!
ثالثاـ أثبت واقعة وفاة ابنى الوحيد بمصر عن 12 عاما ؛ واننى لم استطع مواراته الثرى أو زيارته بقبره حتى الآن.
رابعاـ أثبت واقعة إصابتى بالذبحة الصدرية واننى بحاجة لعمل عملية جراحية عاجلة للقلب المفتوح خارج الدولة.
ورغم تشكيل المحكمة الخاصة المكونة من اكبر خمس قضاة بالدولة تنفيذا لامر سمو الشيخ زايد لانهاء النزاع واسترجاع اموالي خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ 21/11/2004 وهو تاريخ قرار وزير العدل بتشكيل المحكمة الخاصة المرفق اسفله والان 2009 ولا تستطيع المحكمة الخاصة اصدار الحكم بسبب الضغوط الواقعة عليها من مراكز القوى بالدولة!
